Recently I underwent a few blood tests as advised by my doctor.It has been found that my Serum Creatinine (a blood test for assessing kidney function & kidney diseases) level has increased by 0.3 mg/dl from the last test report which was done 13 months ago.Previously,it was 0.9 mg/dl & now it has increased to 1.2 mg/dl (normal range is 0.72 mg/dl – 1.25 mg/dl).However it is still within the normal range but it is in the borderline.The level of creatinine in my blood is significantly elevated considering my age.Also the rise of 0.3 mg/dl after 13 months is quite abnormal.The increase might be temporary & not serious whereas it also could be permanent,serious,life threatening & a matter of concern.It could also indicate towards kidney failure.I also have diabetes,high blood pressure,heart problems,high cholesterol,high triglyceride & grade 2 fatty liver disease.I am also a chain smoker since a young age.Both of my parents also had chronic kidney disease which gradually leads to kidney failure.Diabetes,high blood pressure,smoking & family history are a major risk factor for kidney failure & other kidney diseases for me.According to my doctor,almost most of my major organs are at high risk due to health related complications & genetic factors.Will re-check my serum creatinine level for confirming whether the rise is a temporary or a permanent one.Kindly pray to the almighty lord so that this time the test reports come absolutely normal & satisfactory with a significant decrease in serum creatinine level.Kindly pray so that I don’t get any sort of kidney diseases at present or in future.Request lord to heal me from all diseases & health related complications.Also pray & request to bless me with overall good health & longevity

My daughter age 23 will be facing a disciplinary procedure on Wednesday 16 April that cost her loss of her job or loss of benefits. This was triggered by an evil line manager who went into her social media videos and is trying to falsefully use them against her. She has been in the job since 2023 and never had any performance or attendance, or any issues at all. Please Lord, look unto your child with mercy and offer her leniency. Please peel away the eyes of the evil ones in her job simply trying to stop her progressing from jealousy. Please Lord, protect and provide for my three children. They have always been at the top Lord, please don’t let them fall for enemies to mock my family. Lord please delete the spirit of laidbackness out of the lives of my children and grandchildren. Please let good health, Peace, Grace and Prosperity be my children and I’s portion from this Holy week onwards. Draw us all closer to you and open our ears and eyes to your words. Amen.

I hope the weather is good on Sunday. I hope to go to church on Sunday. I hope that the person responsible for giving me a ride is well enough to get me a ride to church. The food where I am at is more expensive than back at home, and food back at home is expensive enough, hope to get affordable or free food, soon.

My mom is very mentally ill. She needs help. Too many things going on. She is pickier and stricter than usual; it is hard to take. She rarely takes responsibility for her actions. My dad is also physically ill for a while, heal him. I also hope the internet doesn’t stop working. I hope the medical scooter keeps on working.

PLEASE let it be God’s will that my sister Denise Hakal be healed and cured of everything she is facing. Please remove all pain. Please keep her strength and spirit strong. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

My Mom is very mentally ill for a while now. Too much is going on. Things bother her more than usual. She is right about some things but not all. My Dad is sick for a while, heal him.
