Yet when you encountered Christ,
you recognized in Him the Son of God and the King of Israel.

Pray for us, dear Apostle,

Help us to bring Him our doubts, our questions, our weaknesses,
and everything that is truly in our hearts.

Keep us from hypocrisy and from a faith that is only outward.
Teach us to seek the truth with humility

I place myself and all that I carry
into the hands of God.

You know what it means to leave everything behind
and follow the Lord.

my successes and my failures,
my joys and my disappointments.
