A Prayer of Resurrection Joy
Lord Jesus Christ,
Today the stone is rolled away. The tomb is empty. The sorrow of Good Friday has been transformed into victory. You have conquered sin. You have defeated death. You are alive.
All that Lent prepared me for now stands before me in radiant truth. The Cross was not the end. Suffering did not have the final word. Love has triumphed.
Thank You for the sacrifice that brought redemption. Thank You for the Resurrection that brings hope. Because You live, I have new life. Because You rose, despair is not permanent. Because You conquered death, fear no longer rules my heart.
Let the joy of Easter fill my soul. Restore what was weakened. Renew what had grown weary. Awaken in me a living faith, active and courageous.
May the discipline of Lent bear fruit in a transformed life. Let repentance turn into renewal. Let sacrifice blossom into gratitude. Let silence become proclamation.
Risen Lord, remain with me. Guide my steps. Strengthen my witness. Let my life proclaim the truth of this day: You are alive.
