That we may go to Heaven when we die. For success in work and studies. For a happy married life for my daughter and for the good health of her son and the parents. For the eternal repose of the souls of our near and dear departed. Thanksgiving for favours received.

I had felt before some kind of overwhelmed, fear and hopeless after I got diagnosed with glaucoma, early 20s, which is an eye disease that the optic nerve is damaged, which is important for eye vision and it’s also something in my family history never had at all. I do not know how exactly I got it. It remains unclear for me now. I knew there is no cure for it unfortunately despite treatments can be help to prevent it from getting worse, like eye drops and surgery. thank you.

Give me the power of your holiness and make me holy just like you; for you have called us all to be holy. Let me be at your presence and guide my thinking and my actions and my feelings. By this I shall have true happiness that I have looked for since a little boy. Amen.

Dear Lord,
Thank you for another day of life. Thank you for my health, job, family, friends, and safety.
I pray for my family members who are grieving the loss of my grandfather. I also pray that his soul rests with you in heaven. I also pray specifically for my mom, who is overwhelmed with her daily obligations on top of funeral arrangements, etc. Please give me the wisdom to help her in whatever way I can.
I also pray for discernment on what to give up or commit to during the upcoming Lenten season. I want to make this Lenten season the most heartfelt, meaningful one yet.
I pray for world peace, an increase in faith, and loving hearts.
If I could ask a prayer for myself, it would be for your help during my captain upgrade process. Help me to perform well but ultimately safely and in compliance with aviation regulations.

Holy Father,
I humbly offer this prayer to you as I begin my Lenten journey:
Lord, grant me the grace to fast from meanness, to act in patience and love, and to grow closer to You each day. I pray for the soul of my father, George , that he may rest in Your eternal peace.
I entrust to Your care my wife and daughter: keep them safe, guide their hearts, and bless them with health, joy, and steadfast faith.
I also lift up the world in prayer: bring peace to places of conflict, especially Gaza, and bring healing and justice to communities in the United States, particularly Minneapolis. May Your mercy and light shine where there is suffering, fear, or division.
Bless my intentions, Holy Father, and grant me the courage, humility, and love to live this Lent in faith, prayer, and charity.
