As we conclude the fourth week of Lent, we are reminded of the promise of new life. God breathes His Spirit into what feels lifeless and restores hope where it seems lost.
Today we pray for renewed hope.
Bible Verse of the Day
“I will put my spirit in you that you may come to life.” – Ezekiel 37:14
A Prayer of Expectant Hope
Heavenly Father,
You are the giver of life. You breathe hope into dry bones and restore strength where there is weakness.
At times my faith feels weary. I struggle with discouragement. I feel spiritually tired. Yet You promise new life through Your Spirit.
Breathe Your Spirit into my heart. Revive my prayer life. Renew my trust. Restore enthusiasm where it has faded.
Help me to believe that transformation is always possible through Your grace. Let hope replace discouragement. Let confidence replace doubt.
As this Lenten season continues, fill me with expectant hope. May I look forward to Easter with renewed faith and joyful anticipation.
Through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
