Friday once again calls us to steadfast trust. The righteous person may face trials, but God remains a strong protector. Lent teaches us perseverance through difficulty.

A Prayer of Steadfast Trust
Lord God,
You know the challenges faced by those who strive to live faithfully. At times, doing what is right brings misunderstanding, rejection, or difficulty.
When I encounter opposition or discouragement, strengthen my resolve. Help me not to compromise my faith out of fear or pressure.
Grant me courage to remain faithful even when it costs me something. Remind me that You are my refuge and protector. Your truth is stronger than any temporary hardship.
Remove fear from my heart. Replace it with steady confidence in Your presence. Let me endure trials with patience and dignity.
As I meditate on the Cross this Friday, remind me that perseverance leads to glory. Strengthen me to follow Christ faithfully, no matter the cost.
